We had a great visit with Dr B! All is good and healthy, and she got her shot and heart worm pill like a champ, and is now weighing a whopping 17.4 pounds!!! She's not "fat", just growing now! :)

Bella loves riding in the car! Getting in the car one of her favorite things, but once she is in, she loves looking out the window from her seat, and loves even more when the air vents blow cold air in her face!! Here is Miss Bella needing a haircut badly.

After a small nap after the vet, we went to get our first "haircut" they cut the hair on the bottom of paws/pads, and trimmed around her "tushy" as the groomer called it .... i LOVE our super sweet out of her home jewish groomer, she didn't even let me pay for the "puppy cut", she was so super sweet!!! And of course, she got a good trim up right around her eyes, it was perfect. Since Bella doesn't have all her shots yet, the groomer was a bit hesitant to have her there to do the work, but she was SO caring and took special care of Bella while we were there. She even went into her house and used a guest towel instead of dog towel to lay on the table she set Bella on, and never let her touch a single thing in there. Miss Rhoda was so sweet, and we can't wait to see her again in a few weeks after Bella has all her shots, and get a good grooming job and all over trim, her hair is growing SO quickly!!

Since a bath was needed, and we're not big on risking her being around other puppies at the groomer etc, it was bath time at home, this time with just Mommy, since daddy was at work! Here is my wet pup after her bath, before we had our blow drying run around time :) its amazing to see how different in size she looks when she is wet (and is SOOOO curly) than when she is dry and a big love bug fluff ball!!

After bath time, grooming, and the vet, I felt bad leaving Bella at home in the crate so I took her to run a few quick in the car errands that didn't involve me needing to get out, and then stopped on our way to pick up a surprise for Pops before he arrived -- he LOOOOVES Chik-Fil-A and can't get it in Nebraska, so we had some chicken nuggets waiting for him when he arrived!!

The long day of running around, visit with Dr B, grooming appointment, and bath time, wore Miss Bella out ...... she needed a nap!!!

Grandma and Pops came to Atlanta for the first time since we have been married, in the house, and met Bella for the first time. Evan and I had SUCH a fun weekend with them here. We feel so bad we didn't have tons of big plans, but loved spending time with them and having no plans and just hanging out and relaxing and spending time together!!! Sometimes those are the best visits, when there aren't big things going on or getting ready for, etc and we can just lay low together. Its way more relaxing that way!!!
Grandma and Pops showed up with two great gifts for Bella that she automatically loves!! Of course one was a husker toy..... she LOVES tennis balls, throw a little husker into it and its a dream toy (although Bella still whispered in my ear that she and Big Al are still very in Love! :) )

All Robinson pups apparently also have to have a Pheasant duck in addition to Husker gear of course, so Bella got her first pheasant duck from Grandma and Pops too! She loves it!! It makes a fun squeaker noise, different than other toys, and she is SO proud of herself when she figures out how to make the toy squeak!

As you can see, we sort of "broke a rule" with Grandma and Pops here..... Bella is now allowed ON OUR LAP on the furniture. THe good news is, she actually doesn't seem overly excited to get on the furniture at all, except to go after her real life chew toy...... her dad. But mommy, daddy, grandma, and pops all loved some cuddles on their laps!

Bella seems to find Evan entertaining, and is always chomping at him. She is slowly getting it under control, but is still in puppy mode. Yes, Evan and Dick wore the same outfits again, although had no way of knowing it, as this was the day Dick and Betti got to Atlanta, and Evan wore what he is wearing to work!

Grandma loved playing with Bella.... once Bella is a little older and in control and not biting at everything and more acclimated to being around other dogs, we will have to have Aunt Lucy and Bella play, I am so thankful Pops didn't walk out the door with Bella and sneak her back to Nebraska, although he did give it a fair try! :)

The claw apparently applies to ALL Robinsons, even the ones with 4 legs.... Dick and Bella loved playing together, and Dick LOVED getting Bella all rowelled up in full puppy "crazies" mode. Here is Dick giving Bella the Claw, and Bella's mid air reaction!

Saturday night, Bella laid in front of the TV after we got home from dinner and watched the weather channel with us..... she really is a Robinson with her addiction to the weather channel. She was worried about Auntie Abby in NYC but thankfully Abby is safe and good to go!! Here is Bella keeping up with Hurricane Irene on TWC!!

All of the claw action and running around with puppy crazies wore Bella out...

How could you not resist cuddle time on a cushy chair with this love bug?!?! And LOOK, she can see again! :)

I can't figure out how to turn this one right side up, but it was too cute not to share....

apparently she wasn't totally sure what to do with the Husker strap, so she stuck her face in it .... silly dog!!

Bellla and I got some serious cuddle time last night after dinner!!

After we took Grandma and Pops to brunch and the airport, we came home and had some down time at home..... Bella is one wiped out puppy and curled up in front of the vent under the cooktop --- good thing dinner was off the grill tonight :)

Minus the little stent this morning that Miss Bella decided to leave our front yard for the first time and run around the culdesac in the other yards while Evan and I chased her BAREFOOT, it was all in all a wonderful and fun weekend!!! Grandma and Pops are always welcome in Atlanta!! Bella even promises to stop snapping her jaw soon, and really cant wait to meet LuLu some day!!
